Every plan is a monthly render budget. A short single-scene video costs a couple of dollars; a long narrated tour with an avatar and neighborhood scenes costs more. You spend the budget however you like.

Video counts are estimates, not caps. Your credit is spent per render — length, number of scenes and output resolution all move the price. Each month's credit is granted at the start of the billing month and expires at the end of it.

Pricing questions
How many videos do I actually get?
It depends on what you make. Your plan is a credit budget spent per render — length, scene count and resolution all affect the cost. On Start, most agents land somewhere between 8 and 20 videos a month.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Buy a Credit Pack and keep going. Packs come in two sizes tied to your plan — $40 or $79 on Start, $150 or $299 on Agency — and the topped-up credit is valid for 30 days from purchase.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. A free account comes with $3 of credit — enough for about one finished video, in both horizontal and vertical formats.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings.
Do I need a plan for each person on my team?
No. One Agency plan covers the team; add colleagues as seats for $20/month each, sharing the same render budget and brand kit.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Both plans are month-to-month — cancel whenever you like.
